A production cel from the Walt Disney Studios live action and animated film “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” (1988). Featuring a comically absurd image of Roger running on a carpet with such vigor that the carpet is bunching up behind him, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 15.25”x20.25” framed, with the mat opening measuring 10”x15” and the character image measuring 8.25”x15”, the cel is in very good condition unexamined outside of the frame. The cel does exhibit minor line wear and the frame has some wear from age and handling.
